iSight camera issues on Windows 10 guests

Setup: OSX El Capitan on MacBook Air (early 2015)
VirtualBox 5.0.10
Windows 10 Guest.

Issue: iSight camera works on Windows 10 Camera app, but it does not work within any browser.

In IE or Edge, I've been unable to get the iSight camera to work. I get the expected Adobe Flash permission dialog. I hit 'Allow' and nothing. I hear the "device drop" almost every time the camera is accessed -- when I open Camera I hear it, when I get the Flash permission dialog I hear it, when I hit 'Allow' I hear it. "VirtualBox Webcam - FaceTime HD Camera" is listed within Device Manager.

Windows 10 Camera app is working. Webcam in browsers is not (I've tried Edge, IE, and Chrome). I'm using webcammictest (dot com) for testing.

For a little more history: *Yesterday, it was working in IE (but not Edge). Ever since I've rebooted, restarted my VM, it's no longer working in browsers. :/

I've discovered while the iSight camera wasn't working. I found the camera flash app was actually functioning: I was able to "take a photo" and confirm, even though I couldn't see a picture.

This at least resolves the issue I had (getting past this screen of ours).
