[SOLVED] Can't Install Guest Additions on XPSP2-Guest

I'm currently running Ubuntu 8.04 - host.
With the latest Virtualbox, WinXPSP2 is installed - guest.
Everything has worked just well, no problems.
I did however go to install guest additions and
so when I go to Devices -> Install Guest Additions
Nothing comes up on the Vbox desktop
I waited, than tried again, waited, tried again
Googled, tried again, waited more, tried again.

If anyone can help me with this situation, thank you.

fix was, just having to mount the image manually and install that way ^_~

I was able to find out how to get it installed using the help file
