You need a Windows 7 install disk.

Yes. VirtualBox just makes it possible to run another OS on your Mac. You don't get the Win 7 OS for free with VB. You still have to purchase a Win 7 software license and installer media and then install the Win 7 OS on VB just like you do with a physical computer.
