Problems installing linux

Hi, I have a problem installing kali Linux in virtual box,i download kali linux light 32-bit , mount it in a virtual drive and when start it in virtual box ,
and pressed some option I get the error: kernel This requires an x86-64 CPU, but only detected an i686 CPU. Unable to boot - please Appropriate use a kernel for your CPU. My computer is 32 bits.
And try several things but nothing helped me , so I look for help here, thanks

This requires an x86-64 CPU,
When you setup the guest did you use the right template?
Post the guests log file ( as an attachment )

I would change the template to debian ( not debian-64 ) and see if it helps.

Then I have to say you might not have the 32-bit version of the install media. Your PC is capable of running 64-bit guests so try debian-64 and see if it will boot.

That was, i have 32 bits but my pc can use 64 bits,its installing now
