Minimum information needed for assistance.
Also, what does "Display Stuck' mean?
OSX, Linux and Windows Hosts & Guests
There are three groups of people. Those that can count and those that can't.

With the VM fully shut down, right click and "Show Log" in the GUI, save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip, and attach the zip here.

1. I don't know if this is your problem.
VBox.log wrote: 00:00:00.624614 Console: VM runtime error: fatal=false, errorID=Ext4PartitionDetected message="The host I/O cache for at least one controller is disabled and the medium '/home/vineesh/IBM_VM/win7.vdi' for this VM is located on an ext4 partition. There is a known Linux kernel bug which can lead to the corruption of the virtual disk image under these conditions.
2. I suggest that you also unmount the VBoxGuestAdditions ISO from the VM before you next start it.

3. Also, you have a dual core CPU, so giving both cores to the guest is not a good idea. This could cause stalls on the host. Reduce to 1.

4. You also have Hyper-v support enabled for the guest. I very much doubt that this Win7 guest needs it, especially since you also seem to have installed the Guest Additions.

Has this VM ever worked?

And how did you transfer the VM to the new host? The Hyper-v API feature was only recently introduced, so this can't be an old working VM.

You don't move a VM by copying the VDI file. If you want to avoid problems like the above then you need to move the entire VM, not just the most obvious file.

Howto: Move a VM.
