Real NIC reserved for Guest only

I need to let a guest use a physical NIC, but avoid the host to use the same NIC.
I'm now using VBOX 5.0.8.
Up to 5.0.RC I was just disabling everything on the NIC properties apart the "VirtualBox NDIS6 Bridged Network Driver" and it worked: windows had a NIC but no IP v4 or v6 so it could not use it.

With VBOS 5.0.8 if the NIC has no IP option and configured, I cannot see it in the Guest network settings to choose.

Any idea or experience about this ?
