Virtual Machine Crashing

Hello,

I am constantly having an issue with my VM booting XP(32-Bit) and then when I click on a application to boot it or even just try to open a file folder it crashes and restarts to the user profile.

This constantly happens until it says critical error send to windows? and if i submit it then i am able to finally open my window or application.

This very VM works on other computers at the office just not this one ( exact same laptop works with this IDE Primary Master (.vdi) just fine)

What could this be?
