VirtualBox crashes after update

Hey guys,
I updated my VirtualBox today on the version "5.0.8 r103449" and since this update I am not any more able to start up my virtual machines.
I am getting this error:

I hope someone is able to help me out :)
By the way, I have modified dll's but I coped those into the VM directory, and there were no problems in the last version with those changes.
