100% CPU Utilization

Folks,
I just noticed, that the participation in the English Forum is much higher - so I place my translation here again:
I decided recently to gain some experiance with Virtual Box.
The Host is a MacBook Air 13'' (end 2010) with 2,13 GHz Intel Core 2 Cuo CPU (2 Cores) and 4GB RAM - Host OSX is El Capitan
The Installation of Virtual Box Version 5.0.8 hwent flawless and iI tried to set up a Gueast System
with Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit with 512MB RAM, 1GB Disk and 1 Core.
Aktually everything works fine in the beginning and Windows 7 is starting without any problem - showing a CPU Utilization of a few percent.
Leaving the 'Pure Vanilla' Windows just open and watching the Task Manager you can observe that after about 3 minutes die CPU Utilization starts to increase stalling soon at 100% with Host CPU at around 50%.
Windows is still functionning - but getting slow.
Now my question:
a) Is any one else out there observing the same problem?
b) knows anyone a fix to get the CPU-Utilization in a 'normal' range?
Thanks for any feedback and have a nice weekend.
best regards
babba
