Virtual Box & Windows XP

Hi - I'm using VB to run Windows XP within PCLinux with no previous problems. I've just realised that I can increase the size of the desktop to match the host size, which it does, but then it goes behind the linux desktop whilst leaving the menu bar visible at the bottom. Can anyone advise me how to correct this problem please?

Have you switched to full screen mode, by pressing the host key & F?
