VMs with additional disks are extremely slow in Windows 10

Hi all,

since always I use VB to study Oracle Database, even in less powerfull machines. I´ve just installed Windows 10 64-bits and Virtual box was the first software I installed.
Yesterday I created two vms ( second was created using a clone from the first after Linux OEL7 installed) and was studying using both, since my purpose is to study Oracle RAC.
Today I realized that I cannot use VboxManage by command prompt anymore, a message saying "This software is not supportable" is displayed by windows. Ok, I created all additional and shareable disks using regular GUI.
After I attached those disks to both VMs, my vm´s are almost impossible to use.
I´m monitoring windows resources usage using Task Manager and I see that vm´s are using an average os 70MB/s of disk IOPS. But I´m not performing anything?
Even in my old laptop, using Windows 8.1, I can do this run smootly.

Can be a problem using Windows 10 + VB?

Thanks all,
