I have VM opensuse 13.2 on windows7 host , network adapter: bridged adapter.
i installed opensuse minimun(text mode) . because of that everything go through command line . which include shutdown /restart .
the weird part is sometime when i shutdown the vm after whole day running , I execute command "shutdown now" , after the vm close, the window7 host also power-off right away .
any solution for this ?

Re: shutdown VM cause host to power-off
Never even heard of such a problem before. The only thing I can even imagine since you said it only happens sometimes after running a guest for a long time is a thermal shutdown.

That's very vague. A recent update of what? An actual version number range would be even better.
