installing issue with virtual box

When I install virtual box on 2 of my systems it will only allow me to install 32bit operating systems. My hardware and os are 64 bit compliant. Any one have an answer not sure where to turn next.

FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.
