How to disable anything but NAT mode for networking?

Is it possible to disable some options for networking on a VirtualBox installation on a Windows host? Users themselves don't have full administrative access to the Windows host and they don't install VirtualBox on their own.
The rationale behind this is to encourage people using VirtualBox to avoid doing anything stupid ie. bypass the software firewall and/or routing of the Windows host and thus leaking sensitive virtual private network traffic. Disabling bridged networking of course does not prevent them from routing traffic from the guest through NAT using for example proxytunnel and thus eventually exposing themselves to the internet. So, all we're looking for is to make their lives a little harder and thus satisfy people who think trusting your employees is a bad idea (yes, I am looking for another position in a company where they actually do trust people until proven otherwise).
