Andy hard drive inaccessible

Hi, I use Andy the Android emulator but yesterday I had Andy running when my computer crashed. Next time I launched VirtualBox, it told me that I could not use Andy because a hard disk for it was inaccesible. I use apps with both local and Google storage. My host is Windows 10 and so I'm using the PUEL version, no idea what number, but it's not 5.0. Andy is different to the other VMs because you start the VM then open their application, i.e. you don't use the OS inside the Virtualbox window, so I don't know what to do to regain access to this hard drive without losing any data so I can use Andy again. I have attached some images both in this post and in the comments which should be useful. If anyone can help me fix this issue it would be greatly appreciated.

The pictures don't really help. If a file has been corrupted then restore it from a backup. If you don't have a backup then delete the VM.

Thanks for replying. I'm a beginner with VirtualBox and so I don't know where any backups would be. Andy Support says the file is corrupted but they don't know where the local save apps have their data. I'm hoping it's not the corrupted file but it looks like it. The only way to get back the data from the local save apps is a backup of the VM, right? I haven't made any backups manually but I'm assuming VirtualBox does them regularly...

Apparently neither Andy nor VirtualBox makes backups automatically. Looks like I'll have to start from scratch with all the local save apps when I get the new version.
