Move a VM from Windows to Mac?

I need to move a VM from a Windows host to a Mac host. Can this be done? If so, what's the procedure?

yes, it can be done. just copy over the vdi file and then create a new vm using the vdi as your virtual disk.

Or better yet copy the entire guests folder and use the add feature to add the guest to the new install. Saves time and is not as prone to errors.
