USB controller is grayed out

running VB on mac 10.10.5 seems to work for the most part but it won't mount my flash drives. Settings window shows USB controller checked but grayed out. Installed the extension pack, no joy...
Any thoughts?

Post the guests log file ( as an attachment ). Right click on the guest in the Main Manager then click show log. Save and post as an attachment. Compress if it is too large to post.

What format will the forum accept as an attachment? It's not letting me attach the log, tried a few naming conventions including .txt

txt is allowed. it really depends on the reason stated. I assume it is because it is too large and if that is the reason you can always compress it as I stated above.
