booting from usb stick attached to windows OS in virtual box

Hi ,
i have windows 7 professional 64bit OS with 4GB RAM
I followed h t t p : / / w w w . m a k e t e c h e a s i e r . c o m / b o o t - f r o m - u s b - d r i v e - v i r t u a l b o x
I created linux 32bit OS machine with 1GB RAM. Actually , i am booting tiny core which needs < 100MB RAM .
When I try to wget on any directory in USB stick mountpoint (/mnt/sda1) inside virtualbox
I get following error.
i am using virtual box Version 5.0.8 r103449 (VirtualBox-5.0.8-103449-Win.exe)
What am I doing wrong ?
