Beginner help: stuck at beginning creating new Mac OSX 64 VM

Hello,

I'm new to the VM VirtuaBox and am trying to do my first setup. I'm on a Windows 7-64 system, and am trying to run a basic Mac OSX 64 virtual environment. I go through the basic settings, give it 20GB's of disk space, but when I start my Max OSX VM it doesn't leave the 2.0 Shell.

So it starts in a CMD prompt screen with the following text:

UEFI Interactive Shell...
Mapping table...
...
...
Pres Esc in 0 seconds to skip startup.nsh, or any other key to continue
2.0 Shell> _

And goes no further from there. Am I making some bad beginners mistake here? I would have assumed that this would load up an OS, not dump me in a command prompt.
