I'm trying to upgrade Windows 7 to Windows 10 via the icon that came from Windows Update. When I try to run the uprade I get a message that says setup can't continue because the CPU is not supported.
The host machine is Windows 7.
CPU is a Xeon E5520 2.27 Ghz, it does support PAE, NX, and SSE2 (required for Windows 10)
I attached a screenshot of some settings.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

See the sticky at the top of this forum: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=69200#p330403
If that doesn't resolve the issue then post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click and "Show Log" in the GUI, save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip, and attach the zip here.

Re: upgrading issue Win7 to Win 10
I get a different error - the Win10 upgrade tells me that the VirtualBox guest video driver is incompatible with Win10. Using the latest version of VirtualBox/OS X.

That should not happen if you have removed the guest additions (as recommended in the sticky noted above).
