Here are a VB6 Code for Change the VM VirtualBox TaskBar Icon:

If you Know the name of the VM in the TaskBar, a simple change of the code and run in invisible, change automatic the default Operating System Icon that Windows put in the TaskBar of a VM...

Also the code is usseful for change any icon of any program in the TaskBar...
