Error 1114 on attempt to start a VM (Win10 x64)

Hello.
Any time I want to start any sort of Virtual Machine on my Windows 10 Pro 64-bit system, I get a message saying:
"LoadLibrary failed with error 1114: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed."
I managed to obtain information from "VBoxHardening" file, where the last line said this:
'C:\Windows\system32\ig4icd64.dll'
10d4.e20: supR3HardNtChildWaitFor[2]: Quitting: ExitCode=0x45a (rcNtWait=0x0, rcNt1=0x0, rcNt2=0x103, rcNt3=0x103, 577827 ms, the end);
10a4.1074: supR3HardNtChildWaitFor[1]: Quitting: ExitCode=0x45a (rcNtWait=0x0, rcNt1=0x0, rcNt2=0x103, rcNt3=0x103, 578327 ms, the end);
This error pops up immediately after starting a VM. There's a progress bar saying "Starting VM," but it's on 0% when the error appears. I tried creating another VM with a different system on it, but the error pops up before I could open the VM for the first time.
I googled ig4icd64.dll, it turns out it's a driver for OpenGL Intel Graphics something. I've got HP Pavilion g6 1304sm laptop, with Intel HD 3k + AMD Radeon HD 7450M GPU. The laptop shipped with Win7, I updated to Win10 and lost the ability to switch GPUs (HP never bothered to update drivers, so I'm stuck with using Intel exclusively).
I'm seeking for help and asking if the DLL routine error is caused by broken Intel-AMD switchability, or it's something else. (I successfully made this machine I'm attempting to create (WinXP x86) on my previous Win7 system with no errors. I'm using the VB version 5.0.8.)
