Failed to Open Session WinXP Image

I have a VM of Win XP that I was working on about a year ago.
I have been trying to open it up and getting failure errors. My other VMs from that time work fine.

Failed to load unit 'cpum' (VERR_SSM_FIELD_OUT_OF_BOUNDS).

I'm on Win 8.1. Log files are attached.
Please help I need this for client work.

There have been two updates to VirtualBox since the version you are using. I suggest you try the latest version.

I just upgraded to the latest version.
Same error.

Discard the Saved State of your VM. See if that fixes it. Oh, and you should really reconsider using so many snapshots and saved states. It may save some time in preventing the shutdown/boot process, but issues like this can occur, especially if you've changed the host OS or the VirtualBox version.

I've discareded the Saved State and tried different snapshots.
No luck

If you want someone to look at your problem again, you need to provide new evidence - i.e. a new log.
