A critical error has occured

Hi,
I would appreciate any help someone can give me. I am trying to set up a virtual machine on windows 7 using Niresh mavericks. I have created the virtual machine, it starts, when the hackintosh zone screen comes up I get the message saying a critical error has occurred.
I have attached the log files in a zip. Any help or advice would be really appreciated, this is the first time I have tried to set up a virtual machine.
