No USB Devices Found
No USB Devices Found
Host: OSX Mavericks.
I've updated VB from 5.0.2 to 5.0.8 installed the extensions. Before the update it could read my devices via USB1, when updated no USB Devices are found even if the drivers from my devices are updated.
Does any have this problem; what can I do to solve this?

Re: No USB Devices Found
Attach a vbox.log for one of your guests.
With the VM fully shut down, right click it in the VB GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.

BTW, about the only USB 1.1 devices are keyboards and mice. Switching guests to USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 should help.

Re: No USB Devices Found
The log you sent says you are still running VB 5.0.2 with no extension pack installed.

That's weird when I updated it says it's updated and the extensions installed successfully. The about me shows: 5.0.8 r103449

Re: No USB Devices Found
Run a guest, shut it down then attach its VBox.log.

Re: No USB Devices Found
What does that have to do with USB devices?
Still need the log.

Re: No USB Devices Found
Nothing, that's what happened when I tried to power on the VM, Kali won't power on. Should I just try to reinstall VB?

Re: No USB Devices Found
No. There is something wrong with your Kali guest set-up. Without a log it's impossible to tell what's wrong with it.

Oh, dammit. I'll see if the reinstall works with the current version.

Re: No USB Devices Found
You need to edit the title of your first post btw. It has nothing to do with your problem.
