netr28x.sys causing a Host BSOD on 5.08

I am running a Windows 7 64 bit host with one Windows 7 64 bit guest and a Windows 10 64 bit guest. I upgraded to 5.08 and after a short period of time my Windows 7 host crashed and it referred netr28x.sys in the BSOD message. I downgraded VirtualBox to 5.06 and tried again, but it still crashed because I hadn't downgraded the Guest Additions on the guests.
If I had to guess... it was probably due to the large amount of network traffic I have on one of my guests.
Now that I have downgraded to 5.06, everything seems to be stable again.
I did search on here to see if anyone else was having the same problem, but the last mention of netr28.sys was a couple of years ago.
Thanks,
