I have been running VB4.3.30 for some time and am considering upgrading to vb5.0.x.
Are there any problems I might hit in doing the upgrade?
Hosts: 2 x Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1 6 core Intel i7 4930K @ 3.40 32GB RAM
Guests: 4 x Windows 7, 4 x Windows 10, all 64bit

Since 5.0.8 is a major upgrade it might be good idea to uninstall 4.3.30 first. You also need to upgrade the extension pack on each host and the guest additions for each guest. That's about it.

Thanks for the reply.
I thought you might have said there are some problems with Windows 10 guests!
I think I will rationalise the Guests so all the Win 7s are on on host and the Win 10s are on the other host and leave that at 4.3.30 until a later release.
What do you think of that plan.

I use VB 5.0.8 on 2 Linux hosts, 3 OSX hosts and 1 Windows 10 host if that answers your question.

Again thanks for the reply.
I will try my approach until there are more success stories concerning 5.0.8 with Winn 10 guests and hosts.
