Seamless Mode on guest WinXP and host Win7

Hello, i have some problems with virtualbox and the seamless mode.
I have a guest with winXp(32bit) and a host with win7 (64bit). I've installed the Guest Addition in the VM in safe mode (as recomanded by Virtualbox User Manual), enabled 3d and 2d acceleration in settings' machine, and set up 128Mb of vram in settings' machine.
But seamless mode is still grey and i cant enable it. I see the logs of VB and there is a line with this:

In the host machine i have a Nvidia GT720 Video Card.

I use virtualbox 5.0

Can anyone help me to figure out?
