I'm running Mac OS X 10.11 and Virtualbox 5.0.6 (with latest extension pack installed). I have a Windows 10 guest and within it I'm trying to get my Logitech C525 webcam working. It is attached (as a USB 2.0device) and captured though it only gives a black screen.
Logitech drivers and software is installed in Windows and the webcam is recognised. All seems ok a part from the fact I get no video...
Any ideas on further troubleshooting?

You shouldn't be using the USB-filter approach, you should instead be using the (specifically designed) webcam approach. Remove the filter that you've been using, and once you start your VM, go to the Menu, Devices, Webcams and choose your camera. It should (theoretically) just work.
