Don't know how to finish Installation Process on Windows 10

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen. I have never used a virtual box before, and I am attempting to install the Oracle Virtual Box on my W10 machine, eventually I come to this window where it asks me to select a startup disc, and I don't know what I'm supposed to do.

I will be installing two different Linux distro's on the VB.

A blank PC needs to have an operating system installed before it does anything useful. Virtual PCs are no different. Operating Systems installers come on a physical CD/DVD, or an (ISO) image of one. Point the VM at your ISO for the guest OS you want to install.

No, VirtualBox does not come with free OS licenses bundled - Microsoft would probably take a dim view.

A look at the first few chapters of the user manual is highly recommended too, as all of this material is covered there.
