On the Downloads page it says, "Please install the extension pack with the same version as your installed version of VirtualBox! "
I have installed VirtualBox 5.0.6 but I cannot find an extension pack for this version.
Am I missing something ?

Just checked to be sure but yes you are missing it. It is there and all you need to do is download and install. https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads
