Installing Guest Additions 4.3.30 / Shared Folder

I am trying to install the Gust Additions on a Windows 8.1 host and Ubuntu Guest and it keeps aborting. I've attached the *.log file. Any Ideas?

Primary OS: Mac OS X other
VBox Version: VirtualBox+Oracle ExtPack
Guest OSses: just about all that run

You don't install the guest additions in the host. That's why they aren't called host additions.
Guest Additions
OSX, Linux and Windows Hosts & Guests
There are three groups of people. Those that can count and those that can't.
