Shared folder doesn't work

Hi there,

i've installed the newest version of VB and after setting up the system, i wanted also use a shared folder. Unfortunately i can't find the "device" section nor a way to install the "guest additions". Anyway, i've created a shared folder through the shared folder options. I'm using windows 8 by the way. So, if i go to my VM System now, how can i activate or create the "shared" folder which was set it up under the settings?. I've created a folder for this reason on my local sys and of course, it's shared and after doing that it's set it up under the VM options but how am i able to create it on my system as well?.
