VirtualBox installation fail

I open up the setup and I get prompted with this little message.

If I click next it just tells me that the setup has failed and that I should retry. I've retried it a bunch of times already and it still doesn't work.
Tried with elevated status and without both are a no-go.

Any solutions?

I have a similar problem, when I try installing virtualbox on my computer, it gets till "copying new files" then rolls back and exits without installing it "because of an error".

I can't even run the installation. It gets to the first screen where it greets you and it then proceeds to say that I have a missing E drive.
