After solving problem with vt-x and amd-v, VM wont boot

So, I'm bit of computer illiterate, therefore I followed all tutorials and information I could find.
First I had problem with my vt-x and amd-v error, which I fixed. As you can see in my screenshot, everything is enabled..
Now, I have problem that my windows OS 8.1 (I have windows 10) won't boot in VM which is also in my .zip file.
Can anybody provide step by step about what should I do? Did I mess up somewhere?
Also, if you need more information, just tell me, and I'll provide it to you if I know how. Thanks

Please post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click and "Show Log" in the GUI, save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip, and attach the zip here.

Ok, now I see that you created a Windows 8.1 (32bit) VM.
Did you actually install an operating system, i.e. from a Microsoft install DVD?

Wait, I have to do that? Lol, I thought that VB do that on his own. Oh well, now I have to figure it out how to do it.
Is it possible to do it without DVD but from .iso?
EDIT: I am an idiot , of course you can. Well, I will install OS and then come back and close topic if problem will be resolved.
Sorry for wasting your time. Thanks :*

We don't do that. This isn't personal support (you don't have a support contract), it's a discussion.
