Fail to connect usb devices

I have VBox 5.0.4 and OSX El Capitan as a host, Kali 2.0 as a guest. Whatever I am trying to connect to usb, I am getting the following message.
I have installed Guest Additions and Expansion pack.
It's a bluetooth usb stick (belkin) and a TP-LINK Wifi. Any has any ideas why this happens ?

Still facing issues when the USB device is "USB Token" that is an identification tool from China Merchants Bank.

OS X El Capitan host,
Windows 10 guest,
VB version: 5.0.6,
or VB test builds: VirtualBox-5.0.7-103383-OSX.dmg with ExtPack: 5.0.7-103368
