Windows 7 Guest - 0xc00000f Error

Hi

Trying to boot a Windows 7 Guest (vdi) on a 7 Host and I'm getting the 0xc00000f Error.

Chipset is PIIX3 and I/O APIC is enabled. On or off, doesn't matter, doesn't work.
Controller is SATA AHCI, if that matters.
