I just upgraded my CPU to a 14 core Xeon and can't use 64bit

I upgraded from an 8 core i7 and everything is going good except for virtual box
It wont let me choose anything 64bit and the VMs that I have that already are 64 bit it wont let me power them on.
Please help.

FAQ: I have a 64bit host, but can't install 64bit guests.

virtualization was turned off in the BIOS
