VBox hangs during install Guest editions

Hello,
I'm using Debian 9 (testing) and after uninstalling 4.30 and installing 5.0.6 my windows guest starts up ok. But when i'm trying to install the guest editions 5.0.6 the installation hangs at:
Executing: "C:\WINDOWS\system32\takeown.exe" /F "C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3d9.dll"

And after unchecking the 3d option and trying again I get the same result .... hanging on the same command.

I like to have a solution, please

Post the guests log file ( as an attachment ). Right click on the guest in the Main Manager then click show log. Save and post as an attachment. Compress if it is too large to post.

This doesn't appear to be a problem with the Linux host at least from the log file, so I will move this to Windows guest where they can take a look at it.
