Ah, you mean that you can't install VirtualBox on a Windows 7 host, that it stalls during networking driver installation.
Look on the Windows taskbar (right side) for a new network icon. It should say "VirtualBox Host-Only Ethernet Adapter". Right click on this icon and disable it.
