installation problem on windows 2000

Hi,

I installed Virtualbox version 1.5.6 on windows 2000 a while ago and tried to install 1.6.2, but get the message,"this version runs on xp or higher" , isn't 2000 supported anymore in this version or do i need another package ?

Look in the User Manual, Chapter 1.3.

It's no longer supported as host, but hopefully it will be supported again soon.
