Failed to open session Vbox 5.0.4

I am getting a failure to open error that should not be.

The host is a long stable Windows Server 2008 R2.
The guest is also a long stable Windows 7
This configuration has worked for over a year.
As far as I know the only change was to update to Vbox 5.0.4

The popup exclaims------------

Failed to open a session for the virtual machine Windows7Test.

Not supported. (VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Please post a VM log file. With the VM fully shut down, right click it in GUI. Select "Show Log" and save "VBox.log" (ONLY) to a zip file. Attach the zip here.
