VIRTUAL BOX ERROR - INACCESSIBLE (Runtime Error 103)

Hello to everybody, I am receiving the following error when opening the Oracle VM VirtualBox:
"The selected Virtual Machine is inaccessible. Please inspect the error message shown below and press the Refresh button if you want to repeat the accessibility check:
Runtime error opening 'C:\ ... \Portable-VirtualBox\Portable-VirtualBox\data\.VirtualBox\Machines\Portable\Portable-VirtualBox\Portable-VirtualBox\data\.VirtualBox\Machines\mozart-oz\mozart-oz.vbox' for reading: -103(Path not found.).
D:\tinderbox\win-4.3\src\VBox\Main\src-server\MachineImpl.cpp[727] (long __thiscall Machine::registeredInit(void)).
