Cannot install VB Extension pack

Hi guys

I am trying to follow this guide to set up IOU image on VM through virtual box


Got stuck on the part where you need to install the VB extension pack

Try to install it, follow the instructions and when I select the extension pack file, VB just crashes and is unclickable...

Anyone know what I could try please? Really need to get this working !
