Hello,
I initially tried to VB Linux Mint 17.2 KDE on my Windows 10 computer which is a Dell Optiplex SFF 790 with 16GB of RAM, i7-2600. My VB experience was not good. Very slow, unusable slow. I allocated 1024MB of RAM... I didn't see an option to change video memory, I think I have to do that before saving the initial setup?
Anyway, I'd appreciate any tips, if this distro/desktop environment is not good, then I would appreciate an alternative suggestion.
Thanks
*edit* I increased to 4GB, this seems to really help out.
Which Linux Image is fast to VB?

I figured it out, allocated 4096MB RAM and 128MB video memory.
Works well.
