Acceleration is disabled on Windows 10 host

Hi
I'm running VirtualBox 5.0.4 in windows 10 however the Acceleration tab is disabled.
I have virtualization enabled in my bios.
I have a toshiba satellite C55-A-1R7 which has an Intel Celeron N2820 cpu.
In the task manager window, is says I have virtualization enabled. I also uninstalled Hyper-V but it's still disabled.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks (for the future!)
