Windows 8.1 Crashing - DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Hello all,

This is the 2nd time my Windows 8.1 have crashed with BSOD with the same error in past 2 weeks. I am running Windows 8.1 that is crashing with error "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (VBoxNetFlt.sys) error. I've attached the minidump for further investigation.

Could someone please point me in the right direction so that these BSODs can be avoided?

I have the same problem, it starts after update the Virtual Box in Windows 7, my actual version is 4.3.30 r 10 16 10

Someone have any idea how ti fix this?
