Problem with guest exclusive networking

Hello everybody,
this is my first post, but maybe I can contribute in the future. I use Linux most of the time, but I have some applications for which I need Windows (7), but I like to keep the system as clean and long-lasting as possible, so I'd like to have a virtual machine for browsing with exclusive access to the Internet. For that i chose bridged networking in VirtualBox, and unchecked the IPv4 and IPv6 protocol in the hosts network adapter (Realtek blabla Controller). The VirtualBox NDIS6 Bridged Networking Driver is checked.
This does work, but I always have to activate the IP-Protocol, start the VM, and then I can deactivate it again. If I try to boot the guest with deactivated IP I get an error from VirtualBox, that the network interface is not valid. Is there a solution?
Thanks
