I'm getting just a black screen on the guest display after installing Windows 10 x64 on a Windows 10 x64 host. Searches found some references to black screen issues but none of them seemed to apply; e.g., 3D features are not enabled, etc.
This is a fresh install of Virtualbox 5.0.4r 102546 on a clean install (new drive) of Windows 10 x64. Host has 8GB memory. Virtual extensions are enabled in the BIOS.
The guest was installed from the same ISO allocating 2GB of memory, 60GB disk. Installation appeared to go fine but at the point where the screen goes black and before it comes back with "Hi" to start "setting things up", it just remained black.
For comparison, installation on VMWare Player using the same ISO on the same host was successful with no issues. The guest displays and operates fine.
I've attached a ZIP of the log.
