I can play a DVD within Windows. However if I try to burn a dvd with ImgBurn or Sony DVD Architect in both apps it says there are no available dvd devices.
What am I doing wrong ?

Why Can I read from the DVD but I can not Burn to the DVD?
Linux Mint 17 host, with Win7 guest. VB 5.0.2
I can play a DVD within Windows. However if I try to burn a dvd with ImgBurn or Sony DVD Architect in both apps it says there are no available dvd devices.
What am I doing wrong ?

Enable CD/DVD Passthrough, else the guest won't see it is a writer as well.
